Qualification/Work Experience :
- A bachelor degree in information technology or a related field. (Reading Degree also fine)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills (Advantageous):
Experience working with Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for business-critical applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively and efficiently.
Ensure support requests and incidents are handled within defined Service Level
Agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with end-users and development teams to identify and resolve
system issues.
Monitor application performance and ensure availability, stability, and reliability.
