Qualification/Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing.
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in the telecom, IT, or high-tech
industries.
* Experience in campus hiring and employer branding will be an added advantage
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Well conversant in English and Sinhala
Job Description:
*Champion employer branding initiatives through digital platforms, employee
storytelling, campus partnerships, and industry events.
* Leverage data-driven insights and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and design effective sourcing
strategies aligned with workforce plans.
* Design and manage campaigns targeting emerging talent (graduate programs,
internships) and niche roles (data science, 5G, AI/ML).
* Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies throughout recruitment
processes.
* Manage recruitment analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill,
sourcing effectiveness, and quality-of-hire.
* Collaborate with HR business partners and Talent Acquisition partners on talent
engagement strategies.
