Qualification:
Good to have a Diploma or any other related academic qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field.
Minimum 1 years experience in Learning & Development, event coordination, administrative support.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva , Photoshop) for creating training materials.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, facilitators, and vendors. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
Design and develop training-related marketing materials, including flyers , certificates, and event branding.
Liaise with facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to confirm program /event details and provide on-site support during execution.
Coordinate training logistics such as room layouts, equipment setup, stationery, refreshments, and scheduling to ensure smooth program delivery.
Collect, compile, and share program attendance records and participant feedback with L&D partners.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, security, and operational efficiency across all learning facilities.

• Near to reside in north & East provinces will be advantage
