• Capable to work on Weekends and Mercantile holidays.
• Should be able to work for 24*7

Job Description:
• Answer either inbound or outbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
• Ensure to attend customer inquiries, follow ups and requests within the service standards.
• Provide an excellent customer experience to all our customers .
